My word,what a time it has been. April has come and gone like a shot. My next birthday's around the corner and school's almost over for the semester. Well, the second part may not be so bad, considering I'm doing well in my classes.

The only interesting thing recently was an attempt to sucker me with one of those scams via IM. It's both funny and sad, really, to think that this stuff works on people. You can see an example of some of this here. The transcript of the conversations with "Susan Jennifer" are particularly hilarious.

As a closing, I'd like to give a shout out to Wil Wheaton and express my condolences on the sudden loss of his cat, Sketch. I'm not a pet person, but with this coming so soon on the heels of the other one, I feel bad for you. Here's hoping it's not a permanent void for you...
